03 How it works
From enquiry to table
Step 01
Tell us who's coming
Group size, dietary needs, the shape of the day you have in mind. We ask a lot of questions up front so nothing is a surprise later.
Step 02
We propose a route
Within two working days you get a proposed itinerary — venues, times, courses, price per head — from the chef-guide who'd host it.
Step 03
We tweak until it fits
Move a stop, swap a dish, extend by an hour, add a car — all fine. When you're happy, we lock the date and take a deposit.
Step 04
You show up hungry
The guide meets your group at the meeting point. Everything else is handled — bookings, drinks, timing, the walk between stops.
