Oaxaca Streets
Fresh masa toasted on the comal, smoky chillies stewed into mole and hoja santa in the broth. Nowhere reveres corn like Oaxaca.

What you can expect
Oaxaca food tour - Night time's the right time, and when the sun's set, Oaxaca comes alive with the smoke of grills and the sizzle of street stalls. This culinary food tour takes you heart of the local food scene after dark, beginning with cheesy campechano tacos, tangy piedrazo con quesillo, and an earthy tetela de huitlacoche. From there, the flavours get bolder, crispy garnachas, rich tamal de mole, tender taco de cabeza, and juicy lechón cooked low-and-slow served on tacos and tortas.
