“"We had such a brilliant time on this food tour. Our guide was so engaging, full of local stories, tips and foodie knowledge that brought every stop to life. Each place we visited served local dishes that we probably wouldn’t have found on our own, and there was plenty to eat along the way. The whole experience felt relaxed, fun and really well organised. We came away full, happy and with a much better feel for Luang Prabang . We’d definitely book again and recommend it to anyone who loves good food and a bit of local insight."”

“A very last minute booking for us and the host, Latda was so ready for us. She was a lovely tour guide and host. I’d recommend the tour just for her! I didn’t realize it was Chef’s Tour owned so very cool to experience this in Laos as I also had a lovely experience in Bangkok. Our group consisted of my mother, husband and my toddler. Nearly all spots were quite accommodating and the tuk tuk was the highlight for our son. All spots were places we would have never known to go or eat at. It’s definitely all street food so you need to be a bit adventurous. Took some fun pictures throughout and a very nice idea to explore genuine Luang Prabang.”

“Fulfilling Food Tour of Laung Prabang Met Latda and Lay by the river at 8:30. Over the next 4 hours we tried countless different Lao foods, dishes. Every was explained in detail as we meandered around the markets, restaurants, and bakery. Can’t say what the highlight was, as everything was great. Maybe the old bakery. Also it was great to learn more about the history of Lao and how China is impacting Lao today. Highly recommend you skip breakfast on the day as you will really struggle to finish all the food.”

“Wonderful! This amazing food tour was led by our guide Latda, who was the key character of the tour. She really helped us get to know and taste a lot of delicious traditional Lao dishes. And it was just delicious and packed with natural ingredients. Latda, with her knowledge of each dish's design, brings each ingredient to life by detailing its role in the dish's success. Latda is truly an adorable, passionate, and determined person you need to know. We've done a lot of food tours in different countries, and this one led by Latda is really the best.”

“"A unique experience in Luang Prabang! We did the tour with LadKah and not only learned about the foods and local produce, but also a lot about Laos history and culture and its influence on foods. LadKah worked hard to ensure our picky eaters (kids) had lots to try as well. Couldn’t ask for more, and we have some new foods to eat as well continue our travels in Laos."”

“A highly recommended tour if you are looking to tickle your palette and fill your tummy in Luang Prabang We booked both the morning and night tour during our stay in Luang Prabang after experience the marvelous route from the Bangkok Yaowarat tour. Our guide, Mr Somsak was amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and outgoing. We had so much food that our tummies were filled and we thought about their stories in days to come. This tour is well crafted and executed. We especially enjoyed our morning meandering through the morning market, local eateries, taking tuk tuk to visit the only Khao Ji (Baguette) factory left in Luang Prabang and hunting down for the best Orlam. We will definitely book this tour again when we are in Luang Prabang next.”
