What you can expect

Ipoh food tour - Ipoh owes its appetite to a mining boom. In the late nineteenth century, vast tin deposits transformed this quiet valley into one of Southeast Asia's richest towns, drawing Hokkien and Cantonese Chinese, Tamil labourers, Malay communities and British colonials from across the region. They arrived chasing fortunes, but they left behind something far more enduring, one of Malaysia's greatest food cities.
