“Fantastic food and amazing glimpse of Penang life Fantastic food tour hosted by the amazing guide Sandy. We spent the whole morning and early afternoon eating to our hearts delight where we got to sample amazing food from all the different mix of cultures in Penang in local cafes, food stalls and restraunts. Sandy could not do enough for us and made sure we all left with a greater insight into Penang life and that we were all full to bursting. This is a must do tour in Penang for everyone.”

“10/10 would recommend Brilliant tour by Lee-Ann. We learnt so much and were absolutely stuffed by the end of it. Well worth the price. She was sure to take care of allergens which takes the stress out of things. Lasted just over 4 hours and we tasted so many dishes we lost count - remember to pace yourself!”

“Clear Eyes, Full Stomachs, Can't Lose Sandy kept us moving as about as humanly possible while stuffed to the gills, with plenty of facts and local culture. She kept track of all of our palates and picked up nuances/shared anecdotes as we reacted to different dishes. This was an excellent overview of the food around Georgetown. I ended up ordering something afterwards for dinner that I'd had on the tour. Wish I'd have started my holiday in town with this”

“Good background info and good selection of food. The guide Lee Ann was a friendly local. She explained a lot, also about the process of the tour and how she wants us to share food etc. she ordered for us and took good care of us, like while crossing the street. “Penang’s Must Bites! It was such a pleasure and insightful to be guided by Ken. Not only he showed and shared Penang’s must eat but also the story and nuances of every dish and how Malaysian cuisine culture are so diverse and vibrant. It’s not just the popular/touristy places he took us to, but also the bites otherwise we wouldn’t discover without him and A Chef’s Tour. I would definitely do the tour with them again!”
